The REA23 was the second edition of Germany's newest real estate fair in Hanover. From May 24th to 25th, 4,850 visitors came, primarily from the German real estate and construction industry, to the exhibition center in Hanover. With around 275 exhibitors, visitors were able to find out about the most pressing issues in the industry in disruptive times. "The concept of the Real Estate Arena, bringing together all those involved in the real estate value chain on one platform, is a great success," said Hartwig von Sass, project manager at Deutsche Messe. Climate change and ESG regulations, portfolio development, lack of resources, digitization of the real estate industry, new working environments and work cultures as well as neighborhood and housing construction were discussed on five stages.
An interesting and lively exchange with some new work accomplices on these topics took place on both days at the joint aptum and seydlitz.works booth. The werner works furniture was right in the middle of the action when the trade fair stand was busy. Among other things, the 'parkour ice floe' was used as a comfortable seat for networking. On the subject of hybrid working, our 'locker' showed individual options for compartment sizes, opening types and inscriptions, as well it was a visual eye-catcher on the stand. A 'step-up' tower was formed a central exhibition platform.
